The sale, purchase, and use of products available in the Rova Fashion Store are subject to the terms and conditions of use and service. The store reserves the right to accept or cancel any order in certain cases, such as:

•Product unavailability.

•There is a defect in the product.

•Incorrect pricing.

•Suspected fraudulent order.


In these cases, the amount paid will be fully refunded to the customer.

Exchange and Return Policy:

1. Replacement:


• Products will be exchanged within a period not exceeding (2 days) from the date of receipt.

• Replacement fee (50) riyals

You need two policies: 25 riyals for one way and 25 riyals for the return trip.


•One-time replacement, after that no replacement.


•The product cannot be replaced after it has been modified according to the customer’s request... After the product has been modified, it cannot be replaced or returned, whether the modification was made by us or by the customer.


•All our products undergo a quality control process and are inspected and verified to be free of damage or defects before we send them to the customer.


•The threads are an integral part of the dresses and are not considered a manufacturing defect since the dresses are made of threads. Please cut them with scissors and do not pull them.




2.Recovery :


•In the event that the customer requests a return, he must inform us via WhatsApp of the request to return the product within a period of Not more than 24 hours from the date of receipt.

Return fee is 35 riyals.


•The amount due will be refunded within 3 to 7 days after receiving and inspecting the product.


•If the customer requests an exchange or return and the item arrives damaged or different from what was shipped to him, the store reserves the right to refuse the return or demand compensation fees from the customer .


•If the order is placed through Tabby or Tamara, the order will be returned and cancelled by Tabby or Tamara after receiving the order from the customer.


•The order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.




3. Cases in which returns or exchanges are not accepted:


•When requesting an exchange after the specified time, which is two days from the date of receiving the product.

•When requesting a return after the specified time, which is 24 hours from the date of receiving the product.

•When the product is used, damaged or lost in its original condition.

•Used consumable products.

• Products without price tags, labels, original packaging, or missing any of their accessories.

• Products that have been tampered with or whose content has been tampered with.


•In the case of international shipping outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the exchange and return policy does not apply.




4. How can I get my money back if I received an incorrect or damaged item?


If an item arrives damaged or not as you selected it from the website, you can return it to us in the same condition you received it in and in its original packaging within 24 hours of receipt. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it, and if it is found to be defective or damaged, we will immediately begin the process of refunding your money, including the amount you paid for the item and the amount paid for shipping and delivery.
