• Shipping fees to all regions of the Kingdom are 30 riyals.

We use shipping companies SMSA and Aramex. The order is delivered within 2-4 days.

*Note: Shipping fees if payment is upon delivery are 45 riyals.

• Delivery fees in Mecca and Jeddah via courier are 50 riyals.

The order will be delivered within 24 hours after the order is processed.

Claims related to unreceived orders

If the customer does not receive the order after the specified delivery time, they must inform us via WhatsApp customer service in order to contact the shipping company to resolve the delay issue.

Damaged orders

We advise the customer to inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately via WhatsApp if the product is defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was received, so that we can assess and correct the problem.
